We have found that most homeowners do not have the technical expertise to spot potential problems, but Sessa trained technicians do. To aid homeowners in monitoring their plumbing system, Sessa Licensed Plumbing & Heating, has designed the "Diamond Club ." After all, you've already made a large investment in your home, probably the largest amount of money you will ever spend in your life, so why not protect it?

• Longer Product Life: Regular maintenance and service on plumbing equipment extends its life and keeps it operating at peak efficiency.
• Priority Treatment: Scheduled service increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, our "Club" customers receive priority treatment when they have a problem. We service our "Club" members first.
• Value Rates Year 'Round: "Club" members are entitled to our Value Rate on any needed repairs all year long.
